Dear Guests,
The Restaurant I Tigli in Theoria, via Bianchi Giovini 41 in Como,
in collaboration with the providers food & beverage,
offers “WINTER MENU”.
We look forward to welcome You in our prestigious location “Palazzetto del Vescovo”
on Saturday February 20th e 27th, 2016 for Lunch.

Welcome by the Chef

Sea Bass* tartare, “pappa di pomodoro”, beads of balsamic vinegar, origan bread and red onion from Tropea (4 – 1)

“Gnocchetti” made of bread and “Cardoncelli” mushroom, Dashi broath, Tuna* and lime (1 – 3 – 4 – 6 – 7)

Fillet of Veal with breadstick crust, celery cream, radicchio and rosemary oil (1 – 9)

“Panna cotta” in a glass, hazelnuts, red fruits, tokaji gel, fior di latte ice cream and gold leaves (7 – 8 – 12)

Water and coffee with our home-made pastry
