Foie Gras in a glass, green apple puree, apple crumble, balsamic vinegar and “pan brioche“ (3 – 7)

Ravioli with roasted Bresse Chicken, cream of burned potatoes, rosmary oil, Chicken emulsion (1 – 3 – 7)

Cheek of Chianina, red wine glaze, polenta and thyme, baby vegetables and powder of chocolate (1 – 7 – 9 – 12)

White chocolate mousse, rhubarb, fried bulgur and strawberry gel (1 – 7)
