Foie chaud, white Chutney grapes and onions, reduction of balsamic vinegar ( 1 – 7 )

Ravioli with ricotta cheese, candied lemon, pistachio and shallots, creamed spinach ( 1 – 3 – 7 )

Pork loin cooked at low temperature, creamy “burrata” cheese, crispy Won Ton ( 1 – 6 – 7 )
