New Year’s Day Menu

Dear Guests,
The Restaurant I Tigli in Theoria, via Bianchi Giovini 41 in Como,
offers “NEW YEAR’S DAY MENU”.
We look forward to welcome You in our prestigious location “Palazzetto del Vescovo”
on Sunday December 31st, 2017 for the dinner.

Aperitif with a flute of Franciacorta Brut DOCG – VIGNETI CENCI and finger food

Welcome by the Chef

White Sturgeon* tartare, beech smoked, milk of almonds from Noto, pomegranate, cress, Italian Baerii Caviar, sea lettuce chips (3 – 4 – 5 – 8)

Veal Tongue, Sicilian Scampi*, Veal broth mayonnaise (1 – 2 – 7 – 12)

Veal Tail “Ravioli”…like a “vaccinara”, crispy celery, pine nuts, “pecorino” cheese (1 – 3 – 7 – 8 – 9)

Breast of Greppi Pigeon, vegetables aspic, Pigeon Liver salted ice cream, fried Pigeon Thigh (1 – 3 – 5 – 7 – 12)

Salted Codfish* Morro with parsley, soft “polenta”, tapioca chips, Codfish* Tripe (1 – 4 – 5 – 7 – 9)
