The Restaurant I Tigli in Theoria, via Bianchi Giovini 41 in Como,
offers “NEW YEAR’S MENU”, wishing you an happy new year!
We look forward to welcome you in our prestigious location “Palazzetto del Vescovo”,
on Saturday December 31st, 2016 for dinner.

Welcome by the Chef with a flute of Champagne Eclat De Terroir – J. Tissier

Raw Scallops*, “Russian salad”, Caviar (3 – 4 – 14)

Goose Foie Gras terrine, salted ice cream and Christmas scents, dried apricots gel (1 – 3 – 7 – 12)

Palinurus Lobster*, Crustaceans consommé, “Ravioli” with Piennolo tomatoes (1 – 2 – 3 – 7)

“Calvisius” Sturgeon*, Caviar, organic Beluga lentils, yuzu (1 – 4 – 7)

Pigeon, radicchio from Treviso, chocolate powder, cooking broth (1 – 3 – 7)

“Opalys” white chocolate and Tokaji mousse, creamy of Milk “Orizaba”, pralined meringue (1 – 3 – 7 – 8)
