The Restaurant I Tigli in Theoria, via Bianchi Giovini 41 in Como,
offers “EASTER MENU”.
We look forward to welcome You in our prestigious location “Palazzetto del Vescovo”
on Sunday March 27th, 2016 for lunch.

 

Welcome by the Chef

“Sea salad*” cocked and raw (1 – 2 – 4 – 14)

Our Goose ham, sphere of Foie Gras, sold of beet, crispy “pan brioche” and orsino garlic (1 – 3 – 7)

Parisi egg, hop, “Parmantine” potatoes, ham powder, beer foam (3 – 12)

Ravioli with Scallops*, stracchino cheese with lime, cream of Shellfish*, Baerii Caviar, red onion from Tropea (1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 7 – 9)

Rack of Lamb in two cooking, mint “clorofilla”, artchoke “alla Giudea, “salsa Raisin” (1 – 7 – 9 – 12)

Mango Bavarian, caramel, fruits in a Easter egg chocolate, Pinodisé gel and orange flowers, Colomba (1 – 3 – 7 – 12)
