The Restaurant I Tigli in Theoria, via Bianchi Giovini 41 in Como,
offers “CHRISTMAS MENU”.
We look forward to welcome You in our prestigious location “Palazzetto del Vescovo”
on Saturday December 24th, 2016 for dinner.

Welcome by the Chef with a flute of Champagne Eclat De Terroir – J. Tissier

Seafood salad of raw fish* and Cuttlefishes* (2 – 4 – 14)

Creamed Cod* “cappuccino”, coffee powder, potatoes mousse  (1 – 3 – 4 – 7)

Goose Foie Gras escalope “alla veneziana” (1 – 7)

Filled Ravioli with fillet of roasted Veal in Parma Ham consommè (1 – 3 – 7)

Roasted breast of Capon from Morozzo lightly smoked, creamy of Piedmont cardoons, its consomme to drink (3 – 7 – 9)

Smooth mascarpone, toasted homemade panettone, marron glacé (1 – 3 – 7 – 8)

Water, coffee “Gran Espresso”, our home made pastry. Traditional panettone and home made mascarpone
