Happy Easter from I tigli in Theoria and Diwinum.

Dear customers,

We are living through something unprecedented in modern history.
This emergency caught us unprepared and it hit us in the most common habits, social relations and conviviality. 
The restaurant I Tigli in Theoria and the wine shop Diwinum have temporarily suspended their activities in order to protect the health and the safety of customers and employees.

With the hope that we all will soon be able to raise our glasses and enjoy a good meal, in company of those we love, we wish you a HAPPY EASTER. 

We look forward to the moment when we could welcome you again, with our smiles and the passion the fuels our will to arouse emotions and provide excellence.

The Restaurant I Tigli in Theoria, via Bianchi Giovini 41 in Como,

on February 14th, 2020 for the dinner.


Welcome by the Chef

Regal Oyster, Granny Smith apple, caviar and sorrel froth (4)

Marinated Cod rosettes, sweet-sour cauliflower variations (4)

Duck foie gras escalope, fresh corn soft polenta, asparagus, radishes marinated with umeboshi (1- 3 – 7)

Oyster leaves risotto, dried black Omar lime, finger lime (7 – 9 – 12)

Black Angus sirloin flap meat, lingonberries, Bruxelles spouts, roasted Cardoncelli mushrooms (7 – 9 – 12)
